Our SilverSneakers certified fitness trainers utilize Tai-Chi, Zumba, Seated Aerobics, Yoga, and more to create weekly fitness classes that are upbeat and engaging. Studies show consistent exercise is essential for senior health and longevity and should not be an afterthought in the continuum of care.
We built our RNP from the ground up through development of a robust educational catalog of manuals, videos, presentations, and hands on training. Through our program, our patients continue to thrive after discharge from therapy care.
Through Rehab Optima and our own tools, we gather extensive data to create reports and data analysis. These reports can be tailored to your specific needs so you have real time numbers on the outcomes of our programs and the health of your residents. We also have an extensive compliance program that constantly monitors our therapy teams' performance, conduct mock surveys, and work with clientele on audits.
